Apple Banana Muffin Recipe

Ingredient List

  • 2 large eggs, pasture raised is best
  • 2 medium organic bananas
  • 1 Tbsp grass fed butter, melted
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 dash sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup chopped apple
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • *optional dark chocolate chips


  1. Set oven to 350 degrees
  2. Coat muffin tin with coconut oil or use muffin cups
  3. Mix eggs, banana, vanilla extract and butter in a bowl
  4. Mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl
  5. Combine both mixtures, mix well.
  6. Mix in chopped apple (optional dark chocolate chips too)
  7. Divide batter evenly in muffin tray
  8. Bake 16-18 mins or until it passes the tooth pick test
  9. Transfer muffins to rack and cool

Each muffin is roughly 161 calories – fat 12g – carbs 11g – protein 6g – fiber 3g
